Church Ministries

Here is a list of the ministry activities of Northwoods Presbyterian (PCA):

Sunday School
Every Sunday morning we offer several Sunday School classes.  See the Sunday School web page for details.

Sunday Morning Worship
The primary event in the life of our church is the worship of the living God. Every Sunday morning worship occurs at 10:30 AM (see the Calendar for details).

Sunday Evening Worship
Every Sunday night we have evening worship and fellowship starting at 5:00 pm. Evening worship consists of singing hymns, praying, and teaching from God’s Word. Following worship, we have a meal together provided by everyone bringing something to eat.

The Cheyenne Reformation Conference
This annual conference is held in the fall and exists to advance the truths of the Protestant Reformation, present the greatness of the gospel of Jesus Christ and encourage a reawakening to the holiness of God. Each year, the conference seeks to draw world class scholars who can lead listeners to a fuller understanding of the truths and riches of Holy Scripture. All interested persons are invited to join us. You will be challenged to think more Biblically as you live your life Coram Deo (before the face of God). Continue to check our website for updates or visit the Conference website.

Men’s Ministry
The men of our church are seeking to grow in our knowledge of Christ and to be His hands and feet to the church. Here are the activities that do to support this:

  • Men’s Breakfast – Saturday Morning, 3rd Saturday of the month. Those who cannot make it in person can join via Teams. Email it@northwoodspca.org to receive an invite.

See the calendar for dates and times

Women’s Ministry
The women of our church are also seeking to grow in our knowledge of Christ.  During the school year, the women meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month at 7pm for a Bible study.  See the calendar for dates and times.

Youth Ministry
For the youth of the church we desire to help them grow in their knowledge of God and to encourage one another.  To learn more, visit our Youth Ministry site

Family Worship
We encourage Northwood’s men to make “Family Worship” a priority for their families.  We believe this is beneficial to all as we grow together in faith and unity.  Visit our Family Worship page to find out more.
