Calling All Backpackers!
The Northwoods PCA VBS is a time for kids to have fun and learn about God and the good news of the Gospel from the Bible.
This summer Northwoods will be hosting the Upward Bound VBS. Upward Bound is an incredibly rich and exciting spiritual adventure. Your Backpackers (students) will encounter profound truths of the Word of God and have great fun at the same time!
What to Expect from Upward Bound
By God’s grace, our Upward Bound VBS team will encourage your children to love and worship Jesus. Upward Bound’s foundation is to deepen their knowledge of the Word of God and increase their enthusiasm for memorizing Scripture.
Overall Focus and Bible Lesson Truth Summary
Written with a passionate desire for children to see Jesus as He truly is, Upward Bound focuses on Christ’s journey to win our salvation. Tracking Jesus’ footsteps from the Court of Heaven to the cross and back again to the Summit, your VBS “Backpackers” will learn from the gospel of Luke.

Times: 9am to 12pm, daily
Registration
- Registration ahead of time is required to ensure we are prepared for your child.
- Forms are available at the church.
- If you do not attend Northwoods, email us vbs.info@northwoodspca.org to ask about registration.
- Registration is open until June 1st, 2025
